A razor sharp Brit who is utterly comfortable both on a stage and in her own skin, street wise, irrepressible and fabulous! This Nurse, wife, mum, mate and migrant is on fire. Georgie Carroll exploded on to the Australian comedy scene in 2010 being crowned Adelaide's best newcomer that very same year.

2012 saw her first televised performance in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival (MICF) as a National Finalist In MICF RAW.
Her debut solo stand up show "Georgie Carroll: Nurse Case Scenario" attracted nurse and non nurse alike; completely sold out its run before opening night and was nominated for the prestigious Best Comedy Newcomer Adelaide fringe 2013. Nurse Case Scenario was again nominated for best comedy at Perth Comedy Festival and sold out MICF, Perth and Edinburgh Fringe 2015. The show now continues outside of festivals as a corporate identity and is a favorite with nursing conventions and Unions.
Georgie Carroll : Gauze and Affect is a new show for 2016 and undoubtedly Georgie's strongest hour of stand up to date. Received with outrageous acclaim from audiences and reviewers alike, it again sold out the complete Adelaide season.
Georgie is that rare comic that can be put into any room in any lineup and shine. Her bluntness and charm coupled with a natural comedic flair give her broad spectrum appeal and she is a breath of fresh air on the Australian circuit. 2016 will see Georgie Carroll touring Australia's comedy clubs as the world class comedian, MC and writer she has become.
*disclaimer* Georgie did not write this. She got someone else to. She's bloody good but you don't want to brag too much about yourself!
