Mark your calendars for the greatest night on the legal calendar! The Golden Gavel returns to the Sit Down Comedy Club on 18 July 2024 from 5:30pm.
This is your chance to witness Queensland’s finest legal minds step out of the courtroom and onto the stage, delivering their own 3–5-minute stand-up comedy routine in a battle for the glorious title of Queensland’s Funniest Lawyer🏆🤣

Corporate Tables are available for purchase until Tuesday 9th July 2024, or until allocation sells out – whichever comes first.
*All ‘Golden Gavel 2024’ transactions incur a booking fee of $3 per ticket.
^Each drink voucher entitles the holder to redeem for 1 x schooner of Ginger Beer, XXXX Gold, Toohey’s New, Hahn Super Dry, Stone & Wood Pacific Ale, Little Creatures Pale Ale or Little Creatures XPA; or 1 x small glass of Morgan’s Bay Sem Sav Blanc, Morgan’s Bay Cabernet Merlot or Morgan’s Bay Sparkling; or 1 x schooner of Soft Drink or Juice. Online ticketing will close 4hrs prior to show time on the day of the event. After this time, tickets will be available for purchase on the door unless sold out prior. The Sit Down Comedy Club is licensed – strictly no admittance to people under 18 years of age. Performer line up is correct at time of publication, however, is subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of management. Some performance concepts and language may offend.
